The Montgomery Meadows Home Owners Association was first established by the Developer of the Community, Security Homes of Baltimore County MD in 1983. They created a Volunteer Board of Directors to manage the Community in conjunction with a Certified Property Management Company.
HOA Board Meetings will be virtual until further notice.
The MOM Community Pool will be opening on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026. Please see message from management company to obtain your pool passes. All passes will be checked upon entrance to the pool.

Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Please remember to remove all articles by the end of the day.
Community Awareness:
With the changing of the season and more people will venture outdoors, it is important to check your surroundings and report any suspicious activities or disturbances in the community. Montgomery County has a non-emergency number 301-279-8000. Please call and report anything that appears to be suspicious or disturbing.
Board Meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday each month at 7:00 PM. Please email the Manager if you wish to attend virtually and the meeting link will be sent to you.
