Any vehicle parked in a guest parking space (non numbered parking space) from 12AM to 7AM must have a valid parking permit clearly displayed to avoid being towed.

Board of Directors meetings are at Watkins Mill Elementary School in the All Purpose Room. Elections for open positions are held at the annual meeting each May. Board of Directors officer positions include: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Director.   • Highlights of services provided by the HOA include:

    Refuse pickups - Tuesdays & Fridays w/ the exception of holidays when refuse pickup doesn't occur.

    Snow removal - Garth Terrace, Travis Court and Travis Lane parking bays (section one).

    Common area landscaping and maintenance.

    Swimming pool management, lifeguards and maintenance.


  • Services provided by the City of Gaithersburg include:

    Recycling every Tuesday (includes grass clippings and tree limbs in approved brown paper bags).

    Bulk pickup first Tuesday of month (small and large items).

    Snow removal - Knoll Mist Lane, Southern Night Lane, Gas Light Court, Travis Lane and Travis Court.

    Weekly Rec-Mobile for the kids.

    City Council Meetings for Homeowners and Tenants.


  • Neighborhood amenities: large pool, tennis court, tot lot, brick and block construction, reserved parking, Travis Park and pond with trails adjacent to Blohm Park.
