windows, sliding doors and front and rear door (walkup basement). 7. Storm doors

PMD-41D. - Shutters, roofs and siding need to remain the same as builder original color
which coordinates with brick color.
- Refuse and Recycle containers can not be stored
in front of home. Window air conditioners and window fans are not permitted.
- If
changing front door, Cavco doors ultra white doors may be approved, with an
ACC application are:
- K62CC & K60CC Six panel with half moon
- K3CC Six panel door with
4 small windows at the top
- K2CC Six panel door with 2 small windows at the top
- Before makinging any changes to the exterior of your home, you must download the ACC Form (2 pages) below.
- Contact
the City of Gaithersburg for building permits.
