Important Messages: Any vehicle parked in a guest parking space (non numbered parking space) from 12AM to 7AM must have a valid parking permit clearly displayed to avoid being towed. The annual ACC inspection of homes that will occur this Fall.  The re-inspection will be performed in the Spring.  Any homes not passing the re-inspection will not be issued pool passes and will not be issued guest parking permits.  The board voted to have the parking permits issued after the re-inspection is completed and not the first of the year.  The current parking permits will be good until the Spring when the re-inspection is completed.
